Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation in digital marketing as a whole and a passion for driving planning, prioritization and program execution.

We are looking for candidates who share our passion for tackling complexity head-on, in addition to helping the team deliver predictable, consistent program execution. This leader should have a strong sense of ownership and ability to think and work strategically with product and engineering stakeholders.

Responsibilities

As an Entry-Level Digital Marketing Outreach & Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and establishing client relationships. Your responsibilities will include:

Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through research, networking, and outreach strategies.
Outreach Campaigns: Execute cold emails, calls, and social media engagement to connect with prospects.
Client Communication: Act as the initial point of contact for potential customers, presenting our digital marketing services effectively.
Market Research: Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to inform outreach efforts.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions using tools like BuildByBits Suite.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop tailored strategies for customer acquisition.
Performance Tracking: Monitor key outreach metrics and adjust strategies to meet or exceed targets.
Brand Representation: Represent the company professionally at events, meetings, and online engagements.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.
A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., BuildByBits Suite, HubSpot, or Salesforce) and productivity software such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or digital marketing (internships or part-time roles are a plus but not required).
A collaborative mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
